During my recent stay at the Magdalena, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's culinary offerings. The complimentary continental breakfast, served daily from 7:30 AM, set a fine tone for the day. I particularly enjoyed the fried eggs, which were a welcome addition on a morning when cheese—a staple for this vegetarian—was regrettably absent. The hotel’s restaurant boasts a cozy ambiance, enriched by typical Peruvian decor, making each meal feel like a cultural experience. I took advantage of the nearby local eateries like Al Quadrato and Italo, just a stone's throw away, which offered a fantastic taste of the area’s culinary scene. The staff were exceptionally professional, assisting with local recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining experience. I appreciated their help in organizing my airport transfer, making my arrival in Lima smooth despite it being late. It was a comfortable stay with a commendable focus on food.
